Chicago

Matt and I went to Chicago this last weekend with his sister Amy and her husband Chris. We really had a lot of fun!! While we were there, we walked the Magnificent Mile, went to The Second City Comedy Club (very funny), went to Navy Pier, and saw Buckingham Fountain. The main reason for our trip was to see the Cardinals play the Cubs on Saturday. It rained most of the day and we had to wait for two rain delays, but it was fun. (For those who don't know what happened, the Cards lost 5-3.)

This is a picture of the Wrigley building (the guy that has the chewing gum)

This was really just proof that a Walgreens is on every corner.

This was a view of Chicago from the top of the Hancock Tower. You could see four states from here...Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Illinois (of course!!)

Buckingham Fountain...it holds 1.5 million gallons of water. We thought that was VERY impressive!!

WRIGLEY FIELD!!!

The rain stopped, FINALLY, and the grounds crew took off the tarp.

A couple of the Cards warming up.
